Thankful Thanksgiving2005

Lord, I praise "YOU" for being the author and finisher of my Life. Thank "YOU" Lord for keeping 'me' through the difficult moments in my life. I lift "YOU" up and I honor "YOUR" precious son Jesus Christ. GOD, I thank "YOU" for your grace and mercy. Thank "YOU" Lord, for protecting 'me', from my enemies..., seen and unseen. GOD, I thank "YOU" for making THEM my footstool and for using THEM to lift 'me' up, as "YOU" transform 'me' into who "YOU" would have 'me' to be. GOD, I need "YOU" in every area of my life and I surrender my ALL to "YOU". Lord, help 'me' to KNOW, my Purpose in this life. GOD, help 'me' to be a source of HEALING for others as life continue to be a challenge..., for "WE" know it's only "YOUR" grace that sustains "US". GOD, only "YOU" know the secret desires of my heart. Father, I trust "YOU" to remove ANY vile desire..., that isn't in "YOUR" will for 'me'..., Lord. GOD, only "YOU" keep 'me' stable in my thoughts..., in my desire and my will. "YOU" really are my way maker. I give GLORY to "YOUR" holy name. GOD, I need "YOU" to help 'me' in coming to "YOUR" throne, boldly, with confident and that blesses assurance, because I KNOW that I am "YOUR" child and I KNOW that I am adopted in the beloved. I pray, for spiritual insight, spiritual enlightenment and for spiritual knowledge. I pray that "YOUR" spirit will continue to permeate my spirit as I come into a more intimate relationship with "YOU". GOD, "YOU" are 'my' LIGHT. I need "YOU", because I am truly lost without "YOU"..., I need "YOU", because "YOU" bring 'me' STABILITY..., PEACE..., and UNDERSTANDING.

My Children:

GOD, I thank "YOU", for blessing my daughter LaTandra. Thank "YOU" Lord, that she is blessed to provide for her family with her hands. Thank "YOU" Lord, that her asthma isn't giving her problems. Lord, restore her health in every area of her life. Thank "YOU" for her being a good Mother to and for Jeremiah.

GOD, I thank "YOU", for KEEPING my son Jonathan, from the trap of Satan. GOD, please continue to KEEP him. GOD, please bring him into "YOUR" covering. GOD, help him to KNOW that he can't live without "YOU" in his life. GOD, I truly thank "YOU" for keeping from his infancy to now. GOD, he is "YOUR"..., I surrendered him back to "YOU" years ago and I do TRUST "YOU" to protect him from Satan's attack.

My Grandchild:

GOD, please help Jeremiah to control his behavior in the classroom. GOD, please help him to understand how important it is for him to follow directions. GOD, give him peace in knowing that his father really does love him and will return to express his love for him. GOD, thank "YOU" that things are as well as they are in Jeremiah's little life.

My JOB:

GOD, I thank "YOU" for blessing 'me' with Las Colinas. Thank "YOU" for allowing 'me' to pass that very HARD test and giving 'me' the assurance that I am in "YOUR" will. GOD, anoint my hands as I touch those preemies. Help 'me' to have a compassionate heart and a spirit of caring. GOD, give 'me' the right words to say to help encourage our families during this moment of uncertainty.

My  Home:

GOD,  thank  "YOU"  for  KEEPING  and  SUSTAINING,  my  HOME.  Thank  "YOU"  that  all  is  well.  When  I  think  about  the  "Katrina  Families",  I  know...,  I  am  truly  blessed. 

My  Family:

GOD,  thank  "YOU"  for  keeping  my  family.  Lord,  trhank  "YOU"  for  Keeping  Ora  Mae,  Eli,  Joan,  Ted  and  Brandon.  My  brother  Michael  is  "YOUR"  child,  GOD  please  continue  to  woo  him  into  "YOUR"  arms.  Lord  keep   Pam,  Mike  Jr.  and  Lil  Sydney.  Thank  "YOU"  for  keeping  my  sister  Teresa.  Lord  I  thank  "YOU"  for  my  brother-n-law  Carver...,  he  is  truly  a  gift  for  my  sister.  Continue  to  protect  Anthony  and  Lil  Carver.  GOD,  I  thank  "YOU"  for  keeping  my  sister  Veronica,  during  her  dark  moment.  GOD,  she  belong  to  "YOU"...,  Lord  I  thank  "YOU"  for  that.  David  is  her  gift,  Lord  help  them  to  find  "YOU"  in  their  marriage.  Lord,  thank  "YOU"  for  blessing  Jerroid  and  Jeressa  as  they  turn  18  and  help  them  to  stay  focus  so  they  can  graduate  next   year.  Jervelle,  is  a  blessing  Lord...,  continue  to  KEEP  her  Lord.  Lord,  "YOU"  know  my sister  Enola..,  she  led  on  "YOU"  and  trust  "YOU"...,  thank  "YOU"  for  helping  her  and  her  husband  Kenneth.  Lord   keep  Rodney  and  his  crew.  Stephania,  belongs  to  "YOU"  Lord...,  continue  to  KEEP   her  close  to  "YOUR"  loving  arms.  Continue  to  protect  my  nephews. 

 

As  "WE"  bring  the  "New  Year"  in....,  KEEP  "US"  acknowledging  "YOU"  first  in  our  lives.
